1.How is the lab grown gemstone made? 

Lab grown gemstones are created using natural gemstones and laboratory techniques, making their composition identical to that of natural gemstones. Taking ruby as an example, the main component of natural ruby is aluminum oxide, which exhibits red color due to the presence of chromium. Lab grown rubies have the exact same composition, with the same density, durability, and shininess. You can enjoy the enchanment of the lab grown gems and support sustainable development at the same time!

 

2. What is your return policy?

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:

WE DEDUCT 10AED IF THE ENTIRE ORDER IS RETURNED AND THE SHIPPING FEE IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING. Please look up currency equivalents.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom piece, earrings or discounted sale piece.

Other return policies:

  1. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery (domestic and international).
  2. We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if the size is wrong.
  3. We do not cover any costs to return items.

 

3. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently support UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman. 

 

4.How long until I get my delivery?

Normally between 5-10 days.

 

5. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost is 10AED for shipping UAE.

 

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Before we confirm you order and start shipping our products, you can cancel your order. 

 

8. How can I track my order?

Once we confirm your order, we will send an invoice to your email account, which including your order number which you can check with the logistics company. Also, we will contact you by whatsapp to check your order if you can give your phone number while purchasing our jewellery.
